| Getting started |
| Q : How do we get started? |
| A : Use the "Contact Us" page and we call you to set up a
meeting or a telephone call. |
| Q : Why can't we just do it online now? |
| A : Our sofware is very well designed, but we find that every
club has unique needs that they often have to compromise on if they go with a "cookie cutter"
software package. Our approach is to customize all your settings and if necessary and possible we will write
special code to adapt the main programs to cater for your needs. This gives your club an incredibly good fit. |
| Q : Why should my club use GigaBookings? |
A : You will increase revenues. Employing GigaBookings can increase utilization
by 5 to 10% and generate significant incremental revenues.
Increased Client Satisfaction. By eliminating the need to go through the front desk, members
will enjoy the convenience of viewing schedules, making reservations and paying for services wherever they are.
Reduced Administrative Costs. Reducing administrative duties as a result of lower call volumes, less paperwork
and fewer booking errors means that staff can concentrate their time on providing higher levels of customer service.
Also, training times for new staff are shorter resulting in cost savings. |

| Front desk |
| Q : What is the impact on our front desk / reception area? |
| A : To use GigaBookings, you will need to have an internet connection
at your front desk. The volume of calls to the front desk may fall dramatically. |
| Q : Do the front desk staff need special training? |
| A : Yes. The minimum may be a simple instruction sheet, however
for clubs where there are more than 3 or 4 staff on the front desk and shifts are worked, a more formal
training session may be advisable. |
|
|
| Internet access |
| Q : What if we lose internet access at the club? |
| A : Call Customer Support. We will switch off on-line bookings for your club
and if the loss of internet access is more than temporary, we will assist you in migrating back to paper based bookings. |
